Growing Pro CFO is a service of Help Grow Pro LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Peshastin, WA. These terms govern your use of helpgrowpro.com and any services you purchase from us. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide bookkeeping and management advisory services. That includes transaction categorization, account reconciliation, monthly financial reports, financial dashboards, scorecards, and advisory conversations about your business and its numbers.
We are not a CPA firm. We do not prepare or file tax returns, provide tax advice, perform audits or attest services, provide legal advice, or provide investment advice. Nothing we deliver is a substitute for advice from a licensed CPA, attorney, or registered investment advisor. Decisions about your business remain yours.
Each client engagement is described in an engagement agreement that states the services, the monthly fee, and any one time setup fees. Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise:
Our published guarantees, including the 3x Guarantee, are honored as written in your engagement agreement. Where a guarantee provides for a refund, the refund applies to advisory fees for the guarantee period, as stated in your engagement agreement; setup and bookkeeping fees for delivered work are not refundable. Guarantees are conditional on you meeting your client responsibilities in section 5. Found money amounts refer to dollars we identify and present to you, such as miscategorized expenses, unused subscriptions, billing errors, potential deductions to raise with your tax professional, uncollected invoices, and pricing observations. Financial results from acting on findings depend on your business and your decisions, and are not guaranteed.
You grant us read access to the financial accounts and systems needed to deliver the services. We do not move money, initiate payments, or execute transactions in your accounts. Our access is for bookkeeping, reporting, and advisory purposes only.
We treat your financial information as confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We do not sell your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics across clients, such as average savings found, in our marketing, in a form that cannot identify you or your business.
The dashboards, scorecards, templates, software configurations, and methods we use remain the property of Help Grow Pro LLC. Your financial data is yours. If the engagement ends, you keep your books and your data, and we will assist with a reasonable handoff.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Help Grow Pro LLC arising out of or related to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on the information and advice we provide. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Either party may end an engagement as described in the engagement agreement. We may suspend or end services for nonpayment or for conduct that prevents us from doing the work. Sections 4 and 7 through 9 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Chelan County, Washington. You agree to bring claims individually and not as part of a class action.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Growing Pro CFO, a service of Help Grow Pro LLC, may send you text messages related to your account and the requests you make of us. This includes appointment confirmations and reminders, replies and follow ups to inquiries you start with us, and occasional service updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the date above. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
