I spent more than a decade building businesses. I built and exited two marketing agencies, led sales teams doing millions a month, and coached hundreds of owners. Along the way I learned the hard way what happens when you run a business without knowing your numbers.

Nathan and a team of professional bookkeepers do the work. Every set of books is reviewed by a human, and it is all overseen by your CFO advisor. Every month you get your numbers on a simple dashboard, a scorecard of the seven numbers that matter, and a review with your advisor. It runs on a system and a team, not on any one person, which is exactly how a business should be built.
How we protect your business
Handing someone access to your finances is a big deal. Here is exactly how we keep it safe.
- We use read only connections. We can see your numbers, we cannot move your money.
- We never initiate payments or transfers. Money movement is always yours.
- Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and it stays yours.
- We never sell or share your information.
- You can revoke our access at any time.
- If we ever part ways, you keep your books and your data.

We are confident we will find money you are leaving on the table. If we do not find at least three times our advisory fee in your first 90 days, we refund those advisory fees and keep working free until we do.
