What you will own

Client Books, End to End

  • Full monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online. Categorize, reconcile, close.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations that tie out to the penny.
  • Payroll runs through QuickBooks Payroll, ADP, or Gusto, on time every cycle.
  • Client-ready reports every month. Profit and loss, balance sheet, and the key numbers.
  • Catching what matters and flagging it early, before it shows up on a client call.
  • Clean, documented, audit-ready files, with AI used to work faster.

Who you are

A Seasoned US Bookkeeper or CPA

  • A CPA, or a seasoned bookkeeper with real US experience.
  • Fluent in QuickBooks Online, comfortable running payroll in QBO, ADP, or Gusto.
  • Strong written English. You can explain a number clearly.
  • You know how to work with AI and see it as leverage.
  • You can work Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm Pacific, alongside our US team.
  • You take ownership. When something is off, you dig in and fix it.
