What you will own

The Weekly QA Pass and the Monthly Close Review

  • A weekly QA pass per client in a fixed Friday block.
  • Spot-check categorizations and verify exception decisions.
  • Re-tie bank and credit card reconciliations to the penny.
  • Confirm the client dashboard matches QuickBooks, then approve the weekly client report.
  • Review each monthly close before it is delivered.
  • Write short, clear findings notes and feed recurring catches into our rules so errors stop repeating.

Who you are

A Senior Reviewer Who Catches What Others Miss

  • A senior QuickBooks Online professional with five or more years of full-cycle bookkeeping.
  • An accounting degree or CPA is a plus, not required.
  • You have reviewed other people's books and caught what they missed, and you can name real examples.
  • Checklist-disciplined and allergic to close enough.
  • Kind and specific in written feedback.
  • US-based, comfortable working alongside AI tooling, and available for a fixed Friday review block.
